On a snowy weekend, my family and good friend, Kerri Kramer, traveled to Arlington, VA to talk to Team in Training.  What an opportunity! Team in Training is an awesome group devoted to competing for a cause.  Team in Training has raised over $1 Billion dollars for cancer research and services to help those affected by cancer.

Kerri and I discussed the importance of flexibility exercises and strength training for triathletes.  By incorporating strengthening and flexibility exercises into your program, you can improve your performance and minimize the chance of injury.  At the end of the presentation, our  ”10-Minute Money Workout” was unveiled.
