Exercise Central works to cut through the hype to provide an organized, cohesive resource designed for injury prevention and performance enhancement within the endurance training world. The exercises are biomechanically-sound and research based.

This resource was created to fulfill a very specific purpose. After years of working with endurance athletes in a physical therapy setting, a recurring theme would present: patients who wanted to avoid future injuries and gain a competitive edge. During their therapy, the therapist fills that role, but there was nothing to fill the gap post-discharge… until now.
