
Welcome to Workout Week 2! We hope last week was productive. This week’s workout is identical to last week’s. This is because your body needs time to build a stronger foundation for the more difficult exercises to come. For weeks 1-25, your workout plan will contain the same exercises for a two week period. We’ll mix it up after each two week interval.

Warming Up Reminder
We really hope that you are taking the 8-10 minute warm up seriously. Don’t blow this off and try to shave some time off your total workout time. It’ll come back to bite you some day. Don’t say we didn’t warm you… I mean warn you
