It is often difficult to get an effective workout on the road. Jody and I recently went on a two week business retreat. Everyone has their specific criteria for selecting lodging accommodations. An adequate fitness facility is one of my top criteria. And what have we learned from our searching experience? We’ve learned that those website pictures have proven to be awfully deceiving when it comes to size and quality of fitness equipment. So, try as I might, we typically arrive and discover that we were had again!
